Endocarditis of Native Valve due to Proteus mirabilis: Case Report and Literature Review

چکیده
Abstract Endocarditis due to Proteus mirabilis is very uncommon and the optimal surgical and/or antibiotic treatment not well defined. Guidelines from AHA ESC recommend prolonged courses of combined therapy but information regarding clinical presentation, choice treatment, management, duration can only be taken cases reported in literature. We describe a case native valve endocarditis , successfully treated with alone review relevant literature on this topic.
